If you enter your e-mail address in the field provided for this purpose, you agree to receive our company's newsletter to the e-mail address provided. Our newsletters are sent using "CleverReach", a newsletter distribution platform of the German provider CleverReach GmbH & Co KG –  

The e-mail addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in this notice, are stored on the servers of CleverReach in Germany. CleverReach uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, CleverReach may use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g., for the technical optimization of the dispatch and presentation of the newsletter or for economic purposes to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, CleverReach does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them themselves or to pass them on to third parties.

The registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. Specifically, after registration, you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration.

Our website uses the open-source software tool Matomo, a website analyzing service from InnoCraft Ltd. Matomo is using Cookies, which allow an analysis of your user behavior on our website. The information on your user behavior generated by Cookies (including your IP address) are stored exclusively on the servers of our website. The IP address is immediately anonymized, which does not allow any assignment. We use this information to analyze your user behavior, to generate reports on the website activities, and to provide services related to the website and internet usage. These data will not be passed on to third parties.
